A car parked near a living river was swept away at Panchakula, Haryana. Reportedly a woman who was in the car was rescued by the locals who even went beyond their way risking their lives. This clearly shows our bond as humans and our commitment to stick to our cultural roots. Whichever car it is, the build or safety ratings, when driven in the hostile environment presented by nature or otherwise, is bound to face consequences. This episode warns us to be careful while taking a bold stance going against the weather events. Around the corner, we are expecting a huge downpour at several places in India given that this is a monsoon period, it is extremely important for the drivers and the passengers to take extra measures while visiting hilly terrains, steep and narrow roads that may possibly invite more trouble. Especially the landslides, river swellings and sliding roads that present near to death scenarios. It is also important to the passionate drivers to gear down their vehicles, the two, three and four wheelers as the Indian roads offer the best adventurous experience.
While driving in the rain, hailstorm and winds one must be careful and a pause should always be welcomed rather than an applause, as it probably saves our lives.
